Spectrometer Belec Compact Port

Královopolská bought for mechanical laboratory spectrometer Belec Compact Port. We carry out chemical analysis of carbon and austenitic steels - fast classification of materials (PMI) with this equipment. We use special argon gun for accurate chemical analysis of materials, including the determination of carbon, sulfur and phosphorus.

The content of elements in the analysis of the spectrometer is set in the following limits (%)

NDE test laboratory

The NDE test laboratory carries out tests for materials and weld joints.

  • PT - Capillary (penetration) method test

Test laboratory employee certification - KCS 301, EN 473 – KCS 101, SNT-TC-1A.

The assessment of non-destructive inspection results complies with ČSN, EN, DIN, BS norms, AD-Merkblatt, ASME Code, SEL, SEP regulations and customer demands.
