Paint shop

• Spray booth with an inner dimension of 7.5 x 7.5 - 30 m, entrance gate 6.5 x 6.5 m.
• Surface treatment of large scale, dissected and heavy segments or products, as well as small common products made of steel or alloy - steel structures, weldments, semi-finished and finished products for mechanical engineering, petrochemical, power engineering and other industrial sectors.
• Common handling of segments or products reaching 50 t, with the possibility of using a crane with a maximum loading capacity of 110 t.
• The application of liquid coating material is either carried out according to the prescribed coating systems or we can design the coating system.
• Commonly used coating materials are epoxide, urethane, zinc silicate, alkyd, silicon and silicon acrylate

Blasting

Surface blasting on SA 2.5 abrasive in 4.7 x 5.5 x 20 m box.

Industrial annealing

• Furnace 3.85 x 3.12 (max. arch height 4.12) x 30 - max. section of annealed segments 3.85 x 3.12 m or a diameter of 3.8 m.
• Furnace 2.85 x 2.30 (max. arch height 2.85) x 20 - max. section of annealed segments 2.85 x 2.30 m or a diameter of 2.6 m.
